If you need to cancel your appointment, The Herbal Village requires a minimum of 2 days notice. In this case, a full refund will be processed if requested or a new appointment time can be made.
If notice of cancellation falls within the minimum period, a refund of 80 percent of the paid amount will be processed.
In the rare event that The Herbal Village has to cancel the appointment, a rescheduled date will be offered or a full refund if requested.
