About Me
Michele McCormack is a qualified Master Medical Herbalist with a lifelong passion in understanding and working with the power of plant based medicine, Michele is also qualified in vital nutrition and Iridology - all tools she uses to further understand your needs and requirements.
Originally from New Zealand, she now calls the remote and breathtaking countryside of West Cork home. Inspired by her connection to nature, her culinary background and years of treating her own children, family and friends with herbal remedies, Michele has dedicated over 27 years to mastering the art and science of Herbalism.
Her journey began as a chef, where she developed a deep understanding of the healing potential of plants and natural ingredients. This foundation eventually led her to explore how herbs and tinctures could be used not only in the kitchen but as transformative tools for addressing everyday and ongoing health challenges.
Michele’s approach focuses on harnessing the therapeutic potential of herbs to create personalised solutions for her clients. Through one-on-one consultations, she crafts herbal tonics and tinctures tailored to individual needs. Her services also extend to group workshops, online consultations, and educational talks, empowering others to embrace the restorative power of nature.
With a strong belief in the medicinal benefits of natural remedies, Michele’s vision is twofold: to help people explore alternatives for health issues unresolved by traditional medicine, and to educate others about the incredible potential of plant-based solutions.
Nestled in the stunning West Cork countryside, Michele draws inspiration from the natural beauty around her. Each day begins with a swim in the renowned Lough Hyne, reflecting her deep connection to the land, sea and the restorative power of nature.
Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic health challenges or want to explore the world of herbal remedies, Michele is here to guide you on your journey to wellness.
